RETURNS

• 28 Day Returns - items must be returned within 28 days after arrival.
• Item/s must not have been worn, still have tags, in the original packaging & in a resell-able condition.
• Returns postage is covered by customer
• Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
• Underwear and Socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Sale items are ineligible for a refund and if returned a credit note will be issued.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Send the item with a note with your order number and reason of return to the below address.

• Please make sure you keep a record of the return tracking number.
• The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

Extended Holiday Returns

To make holiday gifting easier, we’re extending our refund period for the Christmas season. Any orders purchased during the holiday period can be returned up until 9th January, provided they meet our standard return conditions.
This gives you plenty of time to exchange or return Christmas gifts — no stress, no rush.
